Yes. Ghaima is built from the ground up with full Arabic language support and right-to-left (RTL) interface throughout the entire platform — backend, POS, website, and reports. Both Arabic and English are supported simultaneously.

Yes. Ghaima includes a multi-branch isolation framework that allows you to manage multiple branches from a single instance. Each branch has its own data (sales, inventory, employees) while sharing a unified configuration and reporting layer.

The kitchen display system (KDS) shows incoming orders in real-time on dedicated screens. Kitchen staff can mark items as prepared, and the POS automatically updates order status. It uses bus notifications for instant synchronisation — no page refreshes needed.

Each POS displays a unique QR code. Customers scan it with their phone to open a registration form — no app required. After entering their details and verifying via OTP, their profile is automatically linked to the POS session for loyalty tracking and receipts.

HR & Payroll

Yes. Ghaima HR is fully compliant with Saudi Arabian labour regulations, including:

  • GOSI — Social insurance contribution tracking and reporting
  • WPS — Wage Protection System integration for salary disbursement
  • EOS — End of Service calculation with Article 85 scaling

Payroll calculates: basic salary + housing + transport + overtime − GOSI − loans − deductions.

SaaS & Hosting

Each customer gets a fully isolated Odoo instance with its own database, Docker container, and SSL-secured subdomain. Provisioning is fully automated — from DNS configuration to HTTPS activation — and typically completes within minutes of sign-up.

Your data is protected by multiple layers of security:

  • Isolated PostgreSQL database per tenant — no shared tables
  • SSL/TLS encryption for all connections
  • Docker container isolation for each instance
  • Regular automated backups
  • Encrypted credentials using Fernet encryption

We aim for 99.9% uptime on all hosted instances. Infrastructure is monitored via Prometheus with real-time metrics tracking request latency, error rates, and per-tenant resource usage. Our team is alerted automatically to any degradation.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time — the change takes effect immediately and you'll only be charged the prorated difference. To cancel, simply let your current billing cycle end. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, mada), bank transfers, and SADAD payments. All transactions are processed securely. Invoices are generated automatically and available in your account dashboard.
